Step 1 — Download & Review
Download the Affiliation Prospectus and review the eligibility criteria and infrastructure requirements for your centre type.
Step 2 — Fill Application Form
Complete the Centre Affiliation Application Form with accurate details about your institution, location, and proposed courses.
Step 3 — Submit Documents
Submit the filled form along with the required documents to our office or by email to info@ucvert.org.
Step 4 — Inspection & Verification
UCVERT will schedule a centre inspection and verification visit to assess your infrastructure and readiness.
Step 5 — Approval & Certificate
Upon successful verification, your centre receives the official UCVERT Affiliation Certificate and course approval letter.
Step 6 — Begin Operations
Start offering UCVERT-approved courses and issuing nationally recognised certificates to your students.
